App crashes when I switch to, and start using, “highlighter” pen. tried restarting app, then iPad. still happening. I only bought this App a few days ago. the highlighter was function just fine until today??? what’s the “fix”? thx@

I love this app but its crashing every time 1 put “ink to paper” or I’m & hide tools there was a update that helped some but mine is still crashing ’

Thanks for the bug report and sorry about the crash. Can you please take these steps to send logs in?

  1. Run Penbook
  2. Tap :bust_in_silhouette:Account
  3. Tap “Get Support” – this will generate a draft email with the logs

May be it is the same bug I have. It happens when I choose the 4th or 5th line thickness. If you try to choose 1 or 2 or 3 thicknesses, they may work.

We’ve included a fix for this crash in v6.0.2, which just went live in the App Store. Thanks again for all your help.
