I’m having trouble syncing all my books and transferring my lifetime membership to my new iPad. I’ve tried to contact support through the app but I’m not getting any replies. I’m new to all of this. Can anyone help me?
Does your new iPad use the same Apple ID as your old iPad? (In-app purchases and saved notebooks are tied to your Apple ID.)
