I have the premium subscription of Penbook on my iPad. When I go to use Penbook on my computer, it tells me I have to buy premium. I am signed in. To be able to access all my notebooks across platforms, do I need to buy premium again?
As long as you’re on the same Apple ID you don’t need to purchase twice. Have you tried doing Restore Purchases from Account tab (top right of Penbook home screen) on your computer?
Yes I’ve tried “restore purchases” but it just made the app crash
In case this never got sorted out - if you tap “About”, then “Get Support” from the device that isn’t licensed, and link this thread, we might be able to fix it on our end with the debug info that comes in with your support email.
