I am trying to use the upgrade code noted, which displays in the app and it isn’t working. I also was wondering if the code would apply to the lifetime purchase as well if I decided to go that route?
Can you use Get Support link in Account window to email us so we can look at your info and see why it may not work? Normally you just tap on it to get a discount. It does only work for annual subscription, not lifetime.
