If you’re using an Apple Pencil and have your device set to “Only Draw with Apple Pencil”, you should just be able to tap on the sticky note with your finger.
Otherwise, try this:
- Tap the Tweezers
- Tap the ellipsis ⋯ on the top of the sticky note
