I am not able to customize the title of a template notebook. When I edit, it doesn’t change cover of the book. Is there a solution here?

The default ‘Editions’ (the premade books, like this one) aren’t editable. But you can change its cover to one of the other options (Gallery image, Texture, etc.), and then you’ll be able to give it a title that will show up on the cover image.
